Photography Challenge: Day 16 - A Good Habit


Pretty much every morning year round I have a variation of this for breakfast.

The yoghurt (non fat Greek, always) and honey (manuka, always) are constants - some days they're the only ingredients - and the other bits and pieces come and go with seasons and taste. For example, right now I'm using walnuts and chia seeds quite a bit but when this photo was taken, I was on a pear and walnut moment.

It's high protein, low carb, a bit sweet and filling. The perfect way to start a day in my books.
