Have you ever
been in the middle of a moment you know you’ll remember for the rest of your
life? This photography challenge is actually bringing up a lot of these types
of moments for me – actually, I think these 30 days will be a moment in
themselves, how circular!
I photographed
this sunset from a pier on Key West, one of the few places on the American east
coast where you can watch the sun set over water and indeed over an ocean. It
was already a beautiful sight on its own but then a band on the boardwalk
started playing ‘What a Wonderful World’ and then the ship you see drifted
into the frame and finally a seagull flew by just as I took the shot.
It couldn't have been more perfect if I’d planned it.
